Scoop Kelly is a graduate of Fallston H.S. (’91) where he was an All-County attackman. Kelly then attended Mary Washington College where he was a starting attackman. Kelly coached the offense and extra man units for Coach Carr for five years and is currently the head coach at Bel Air H.S. He was the 2005, 2007, and 2013 Coach of the Maryland Senior All-Star Team and coached the Harford County Senior All-Star Team.
Kelly was named 2009 US Lacrosse Man of the Year and currently has a 70 percent winning record as head coach of the Bel Air Bobcats. He led the 2010 Bobcat Team to the Susquehanna Division Championship, UCBAC Division Championship, and to the Regional Championship Game. The 2010 Bobcat team finished 12th in the Baltimore Sun Poll.
In 2011, the Bobcat Lacrosse team again had a stellar year but the Cats lost in the Regional Championship game to the eventual MD State Champion. Finally, 2012, was the year that Coach Kelly led the the Bobcats to their first ever 4a-3a Regional Championship and 4a-3a "Final Four" (South Semi-Finalist).
In his 8 years as head coach at Bel Air High School, he has won 100 games, coached 4 HS All-Americans and 3 Academic All-Americans, while over 24 of his players have gone on to play at the next level.
Colin Carr is a graduate of Fallston H.S. (’89) where he was a first team All-County and All-Metro midfielder. He then went to Harford C.C. where he was the school’s first All-American.
Carr then attended Pfeiffer University where he was an All-American his junior year and Academic All-American his senior year. In 2007, Coach Carr was inducted into the Pfeiffer University Hall of Fame. He has also played for the English National team since 1991-1998.
Coach Carr was the lacrosse head coach for Bel Air H.S. from 1999-2004 and is currently an Asst. Principal at Havre de Grace H.S.
